Drawing on Nordic folk traditions, Dreamers’ Circus creates music that is both deeply rooted and constantly evolving. The trio consists of violinist Rune Tonsgaard Sørensen (DK), pianist and accordionist Nikolaj Busk (DK), and cittern player Ale Carr (SE).

Together, they explore the meeting point between traditional folk music, classical music, and contemporary sounds, bringing their different musical backgrounds and influences into a shared creative space. Since forming in 2009, Dreamers’ Circus has developed a distinctive musical voice through original compositions, inventive arrangements, and a shared curiosity for where the music can go next.
