‘as in heaven’ cinematic debut

On a farm in the late 1800s an intense waiting begins when a mother goes into a complicated labor, and 14-year-old Lise must prepare herself for a night that may change her life forever.

We played a small part in this feature film debut by Tea Lindeburg, providing some live music performed by our alter egos - the three Danish farmers Niels, Peder and Kræsten. It was a great experience for us and a pleasure to be invited to share some traditional Danish music for the big screen - in this case the old tune ‘Femskaft fra Møn‘ performed on violin, melodeon and clog-fiddle.
